In efforts to keep our prices down, 

FFDC’s Tutu Fabulous Web-store limits all items for:

• Returns
• Exchanges 
• Refunds
• Re-stocking fees may apply for returns/exchanges for all dance shoes (fee can be found in the items listing description)

*All applicable Policies for EACH item is noted in the items description under Refund, Return & Pickup Policy section of every FFDC item listing.   Please read all policies prior to purchase.

Exchanges for Damaged *Limited Edition Items Only

• Limited Editions are Final Sale Items
• No Returns or Refunds
• *Exchanges can be made for damaged items only  *item must be damaged upon arrival 
• Damaged items must be UNWORN, with all attached Original Tags 
• AND/OR in the Original UN-OPENED Packaging       
• Original FFDC Receipt Required       
• Damaged Item will be replaced with same item 
• If the item is out of stock at the time of the exchange *a store credit will be issued
• No Cash Refunds on Limited Edition Items

 

Taxes & Pickup Policy

• Sales Tax is included *if applicable in all FFDC item pricing.
• Most
• Items are In-Studio Pickup items Only
• Allow 7-10 days for Pickup
• You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready to be picked up at FFDC.

 

Shipping Policy - By Request ONLY

• Shipping can be requested by emailing a copy of your order receipt along with the address of where the order is to be shipped. 
• Request must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.    
• Email All Shipping Requests to: fabulousfeet@verizon.net
• Once your shipping request is processed, you will receive a separate invoice for the requested shipping costs in your email inbox.
• Shipping Invoice should be paid immediately.
• Orders will NOT ship until the shipping invoice is PAID in FULL.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the shipments tracking information.
• Once shipping cost invoice is paid, NO CHANGES can be made to the order.
• ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

• All dance shoes are non-refundable and non-returnable items
• Exchanges only are accepted
• ALL Clearance, Discontinued Color & Limited Edition items are FINAL SALE
• Please note - manufacturer may charge up to a $5.00 for a              re-stocking fee & return shipping costs
• TO EXCHANGE
• Shoes MUST be in UNUSED Condition (no signs of wear)
• Undamaged Original Box/Packaging
• FFDC Receipt
• Exchange within 2 days of pickup
• Shoes that have been worn, will VOID all exchanges, returns, and damaged exchanges

Defective shoes

• Shoes must be approved for exchange from the manufacturer   
• In the event, your shoes are denied an exchange, FFDC will stand behind the cost of the item
• FFDC "No Worries" WARRANTY - FFDC will purchase your dancer with a "NEW" pair of equal value dance shoes of the same likeness
